About Cogent Real Estate
Cogent Real Estate is an apartment building company located at 4223 N. Elston. Cogent was started in February of 2006 after Michael Bennett left the office of a local boutique apartment building brokerage. The company was started as and remains a sales broker for Chicago apartment and mixed use buildings; however, landlord demand for our rental services continues grow organically out of the many relationships we have built over the years.
